Absolutely. Karate Kid 2 was mad average, and Daniel is a fukking unbearable whiny bytch in Karate Kid 3. The thing that saves season 3 is the main villain Terry Silver. The fact that a middle-aged multi-millionaire would take lots of important time out of his hectic and busy life running a corporation (at his training partner Kreese's request) just to troll and torment a teenage college kid (Daniel) for beating Johnny back in the 1st movie is downright hilarious.
I hope Silver comes back for season 3. He's easily one of the most over-the-top and ridiculous movie villains of the 80's Not only that, but the actor that plays him is the most legit real-life martial artist out of everyone that's ever been on the show.

just finished this a couple days ago. was coo seeing all the call-backs from the original. was hoping Dutch made a cameo and not written off in prison, he was my favorite Kai memeber. Got them chills when they go back to school and "cruel summer" started playing

Just finished both seasons.
- Johnny was right about those Larussos. Daniel still keeping the beef alive even tho Johnny was ready to dead it. Sam went from Kyler, then started liking Miguel after he kicked Kyler’s ass, then to Robby after she was ghosting Miguel for being Cobra Kai. She even ditched her best friend to hang with the popular kids and got mad when Aisha joined Cobra Kai and made new friends.
- Miguel probably had the best sense in the whole show. Loyal to Johnny, and even when he started getting a bit wild, he still had his morals. I hope he recovers in season 3
- Carmen is fine af
Daniel was always the aggressor but he couldnt follow up at first and then he used the tournament (dont touch him truce) to be more of an aggressor and assh0le to johnny.
He's a pure assh0le in this which i think is on purpose.

at least throughout the series they acknowledge that Daniels crane kick was illegal which was a huge plot hole until now.

season 2 was wack, it was seconds away from turning into Saved By the Bell with fighting.
Yes very much! I found myself zoning out A LOT. The only thing that saved it was the end. That’s the only reason I’m looking forward to the next season.

To me with Zabka he came off stiff but to me that isn't necessarily bad acting but more that he's just numb to life since he has nothing going for hisself. Over the seasons I thought he did a lot of subtle things showing him softening up and opening up and starting to care.

Any word on whether or not Netflix is happy with the reception and amount of streams and views so far?
it was number 1 on the trending list for Netflix for a good while and it’s still top 10. I think they’re probably happy
hopefully enough to give a couple more seasons
