Other comics have explored heroes needing to learn to work with others to get done. Hell, they've even done that in Black Panther comics before. The problem with Coates shyt is T'Challa is made to look clueless and damn near helpless without anyone else. He's ALWAYS going to someone else for answers or help while he looks damn near incompetent.

The scene just comes off as T'challa being Coates mouthpiece. It's a good scene but knowing the writer didn't make it feel organic
