@Realdealholy i think the Klaw/Ross scene is a flashback for a few reasons...

Ross thinks Wakanda is "Third World" but in Civil War both T'Chaka and T'Challa are given a HUGE amount of respect as royalty and important people within the MCU. T'Challa chases Bucky down a crowded street, causing probably millions of dollars in damage, and gets "punished" by having his own waiting room while Steve and Falcon are interrogated and treated as criminals.


In a deleted scene T'Challa is given permission from The UN to transfer Bucky to Wakanda to face trial for his Crimes. This Completely shocks Black Widow, no one from a "third world" country wielding that type of power.

So I think that scene may be a flashback, it might even take place early in the film before we see T'Challa return to Wkanda for his coronation

I actually think he was lying and just playing dude on some Coulsin shyt to interrogate him and see what he knows. I mean BP and his team was in the next room surveying that whole shyt.

I know that's why I was saying this could be a quick little set up scene to reintroduce the audience to Klaw before before T'Challa goes back home to be crowned. Nakia and Okoye could be part of his royal home going escort.


It's just a thought. Your theory is plausible as well
