Still think bucky shoulda had somethin in BP to help them fight off killmonger. Its like theirs a hidden ace card in the deck noone realizes they can use and then he pops up at the end. I get it but homie shoulda shown up somewhere causing havoc allowing tchala to get close to KM

Nah, for two reasons. Bucky wasn't needed and it was great to have T'challa do it without any assistance from other MCU characters. Maybe in the sequel let him be a sidekick if he stays in Wakanda. For the first movie though, T'challa needs to handle shyt.

The 2nd reason is that Bucky couldn't have helped anyway. Remember Black Panther takes place right after Civil War so he was in no condition to really help out.

Nah. I'm not saying it happens all the time but it's not unheard of because the time between theatrical release and home video release is a fraction of what it used to be.
