For what it did domestically it should've cleared an extra $200 - $250 globally.

Thing is, it's still not entirely possible that it won't (well, probably won't be as higher as usual over U.S. bank, but liable to outgrow it in the end). It's almost a 50/50 spread between the domestic to global earnings currently, which is extremely rare. shyt usually be like 65/35, with International on the higher end for U.S. big films. The only things that that's different about how this movie pushed compared to most movies domestic to international is that 1. Domestic pushed it harder than domestic usually pushes any film and 2. there weren't as many international theaters that had it available as quickly. Also, often with MCU movies, international theaters got them first. Wasn't the case here. Lastly, international releases of big American movies tend to have longer legs than domestic. I'm guessing they just hold them there longer since they probably don't get as many American movies as America does.

I remember when cacs were so angry when Black Panther married Storm (i.e. formerly the baddest bytch in the Marvel Universe) b/c they felt that BP was dragging *her* down. They were so happy when Marvel wrote that wack-ass divorce. Yeah...that didn't go so well for the Storm fans. (Marvel let Wolverine hit it, then up and die.) Ironically, T'Challa and Ororo are smashing again. Hey, I'll take it.

I wonder if Storm will ever make an appearance in the movies, especially now the world loves T'Challa w/Nakia.

Crazy thing is a lot of the top grossing movies have had re-releases in the theater, shyt like Jurassic Park, Titanic, Terminator, Star Wars, Top Gun, ET, etc to add a few more Ms to their gross. I bet 10-20 years from now, BP will get a re-release for the anniversary to add more money to the overall box office
