Michael Moore gets way too much credit in the media for his 2016 prediction which was essentially what dude in the video stated it was, a scare tactic to get people out to vote.

He's not saying anything substantial. The difference in this election versus 2016 is that people have an idea of what the country would be like under Trump. That will motivate a lot of the "no way he can win" "both parties are the same" crowds.
