Trump would leave office on Jan. 20th (which is Inauguration Day).
Anyways, this is a pipe dream. Trump losing the election especially in a landslide is his punishment. No other action is necessary.
Biden will be fine. He'll get 65-70% of the Hispanic vote like Democratic presidential nominees normally get.
