ATL burbs are completely different than most cities, and have a large/descent amount of brehs and brehettes so the suburban stuff seems like meh. One thing is it looks like Trump just drives out turnout among whites all around which could cause the overall dip, and Biden was actually able to covert enough or they just showed up for him

That chart is super misleading. In GA black turnout was up 20%. But since Asian turnout doubled, and Hispanic turnout was up 76%, our voting “share” dropped. If black turnout truly dipped then Biden would have lost in a landslide.

The winning party of the state chooses the electors. They're typically extremely loyal/connected party members. Virtually no chance any of them "flip" and certainly not in the numbers needed for Trump to win.
