republicans already ready to throw out the mail in votes
they think dems are gonna stuff the ballot boxes

I guess this fear mongering means that Biden is likely to take this

Strange thing is I was reading this thread an seeing all the meltdowns and I'm like Biden and co told you Trump would be up on election night

What happened in 2014 that caused that loss ?

Botched Obamacare launch, the 2013 government shutdown, Ebola, the police protests... I dunno. Obama was really unpopular in 2014, he was 41% approval.

Dems barely lost CO, NC, AK... you had longtime Dems retire in IA and MT and those flipped too. Overall, they lost NINE SEATS. NINE!

If they only lost 5, it would have been huge for 2016 when Scalia died or during Trump's first term to stop judges and the tax cuts...

Everyone talks about 2016 but the 2014 midterms are still with us and the Dems being so incompetent at winning these races is just crazy. It is clear that Trump is a unique figure in the GOP and he has managed to turn out their voters like no one since Bush 2004 or Reagan/Bush in the 1980s.

I'm so angry about these Senate races more than anything.

2nd presidential year in a row where the Dems only pickup a couple of seats when they needed to get 4-5 and reverse the dramatic loss of 2014. And again, they can't do it. Chuck Schumer can't be Minority Leader. Just terrible candidate recruitment in key states and this policy of not letting competitive primaries happen is so stupid.
Even if Biden wins, the Republican senate will block anything which means nothing will be done for 2 years. This was a disaster in all levels.
