He's not predicting that. He's saying that the months leading up to the election, records will be set for employment #s. U may see 1mil+ jobs added when ppl are rehired.
From where? The small business restaurant industry gonna collapse soon, and the second wave is gonna hit by early October.
If 30 million people are unemployed adding 7 million back doesn't sound too crazy
40 million unemployed, to be exact.
A lot of those small businesses already bellied up and those corporations like JC Penney and Neiman Marcus and Hertz filed chapter 11 already. Hundreds of thousands of jobs permanently gone, right there.
