because when the country was found the people who wrote the constitution wanted to preserve the power of states in the south that had high populations of slaves who wouldn’t be able to vote

My question was if does trump really need Wisconsin to win the election, last time I saw he didn’t.
wisconsin is the second most likely state to be the tipping point in this election. its more likely than florida to be the tipping point. trump can win without it but he is in a much better position if he wins it
