The judiciary is not a very front-facing arena. There aren't any rockstar progressive judges. There isn't even a leftist version of the Federalist Society. Most leftist just trust Democratic nominated judges to rule in their favor when cases come to the court.

I hope people stop wasting money on senate seats that aren't gonna be won. That chick in Kentucky is NOT gonna beat Mitch. I'd rather see that money go to Montana and Georgia. Even Mississippi has a close race right now, yet nobody is talking about it.

As much as I'd like to see the turtle lose, I honestly think it might be a little better to see him as Minority Leader and bytch and complain about what he deems unfair.

Biden has to win an election first, I don't think publicly exclaiming that he'll pack the court with 20 justices is a good idea.

I don't think Biden should say they should pack courts but I think he should say "every option is on the table." Let people read into it what they will. Same with the filibuster: every option is on the table. Biden isn't going to be able to get anything done unless the filibuster gets ended.

I hate this wink-wink nudge-nudge shyt that allows Democrats to capitulate as soon as the first bit of Beltway blowback comes from disingenuous Republicans. Just fukking say what you mean. If Biden doesn't actually believe in packing the court or eliminating the filibuster in response to the most blatant, naked power grab in modern political history, then he should just say that. But instead we get these weak ass veiled threats that everyone knows the Democrats don't have the spine to back up. No one is fooled by this "we're not gonna tell you how we'll respond, but trust me, you won't like it buster!" shyt, least not the Republicans.

This is technically incorrect. The American Constitution Society (ACS) exists and is supposed to be the progressive/liberal version of the Federalist Society. The current president of the ACS is former Senator Russ Feingold.
