That's not what he put in the letter. He said no vote prior to the election date. This man does not deserve the benefit of the doubt. If they revisit this during the lame-duck session, I'd wager he's voting.

He voted to impeach Trump, he's not going to vote for this. I don't like Manchin but he's not going to do it. Manchin has multiple times voted to uphold the ACA, he's not going to vote for a judge that will tip the scales on the Supreme Court to make the ACA be overturned.

My larger point is hoping the next AG or anyone in Congress will hold Trump to account for his criminality is a pipe dream.

He only voted for Kavanaugh because he had an election around the corner, in a full blown Trump state.

He was one of the only red state Dems to not lose their seat, so it was a good move.

I’ve driven through rural NC a lot over the past couple of months and Trump support is shown very loudly and proudly. If anything I think Biden has a lot more “shy” supporters in Trump strongholds

I know a few conservatives who are voting for Biden, but don't talk much about it because they're parents freak out.

Trump supporters not gonna do nothing but cry on tv and FB if Trump loses. They ain’t got tha balls to ACTUALLY use their guns.

Most of them will just go back complaining about Biden and Obama. Others will pretend they voted for Biden to look better around others. The rest will likely just say both sides blah blah blah.
