I'm saying, did I miss some moment where Schiff showed heart? I have 0 faith in him to do a damn thing to Donald besides some meaningless rhetoric :heh:
People enamored with his showings during the Russiagate and impeachment congressional hearings.

Guess they don’t realize it’s all performance art.

I'd leave it up to SDNY and force House and Senate to focus on expanding Supreme Court, Voting Laws, Electoral College, Criminal Justice reform laws, Presidential powers and other items on the agenda to move this country forward

Dems can't even get Manchin on board with not voting until after inauguration.

Let's also stop this. It is not up to the SDNY, it is up to the New York State Attorney General (NYAG) Office.

SDNY = Federal Crimes that happen in it's jurisdiction

NYAG = State of New York crimes

That means the crimes Trump and his family committed in New York may be prosecuted, and not his presidential crimes.

Why does that matter? BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT IS ABOVE THE LAW!

All you saying, "watch what New York does to Trump" are missing the point entirely. It means the murders, sterilizations, locking up babies, and his assortment of other federal crimes will not be punished. Meaning, SOMEONE WILL DO THIS AGAIN BUT WORSE AND WE WILL BE WORSE OFF BECAUSE OF THIS!

I can't believe I have to explain this, but here we are.

Can you read? I said all hopes ride on the SDNY, then you respond to me talking about pending about NY cases?
SDNY is a federal office part of the DOJ.. It is not apart of New York State AG office

so yeah I can fukkin read.. you need to ask yourself do you know the different between SDNY and New York attorney General office

i wonder if the dems really do benefit more from this fukkery

anyone who respects what mcconnell does with this was gonna vote trump anyway, probably rabidly. meanwhile, theres so much enthusiasm this can rile up on the left :wow: that 100 million they gained in a day. all these hillary/bernie/warren supporters who think biden isnt left enough are gonna be out for blood

and this now forces the debate question on roe v wade, which will be terrible for trump

Calm down. Manchin isn't going to vote for a new justice until the Inauguration.
That's not what he put in the letter. He said no vote prior to election day. This man does not deserve the benefit of the doubt. If they revisit this during the lame-duck session, I'd wager he's voting.

What's interesting is that the "dissident right" is butthurt about Trump's 2 SC picks voting with the libs too much. They want another Clarence Thomas on there, not a libertarian like Gorsuch
