It's simple. Biden is the type of guy that can walk into a Sunday morning breakfast diner and all the old folks get happy and greet him with "Hey Joey" and "Atta Boy Joey". He can sit down and talk, laugh and relate with them. He's like one of the boys.
Hillary would not have the same reaction if she walked into that same spot.
