The precedent was already set. A President is really above the law. Nixon was never arrested for his crimes after Ford pardoned him. Reagan never faced charges for his crimes. And Obama said 'shyt happens' to all of what Dubya did.

The only chance you will have to lock up a president for their crimes is to get a genuine outsider/do-gooder that wants to fix things. That person would end up involuntarily committing suicide within a week of announcing that.
