Ep 1 was dope as fukk and even though he's Saul in name now the Bobby scene showed he isn't quite who we know him as yet. At this point he seems interested in doing good by any means. If Kim is pushing back at this point she can't be around when he actually goes full Saul.

I love how they took 2 random names from one minor scene in Breaking Bad(Lalo & Ignacio) and made em into two of my favorite characters.

Lalo wasnt buyin Gus’s bullshyt but he playin along. :wow:

We dont see him in BB so we know Fring wins the cold war against him. Wonder if Gus has him killed or deported? They mentioned he’s a liability on the U.S. side of the border so. Lalo dont got papers?:lupe:

hows Nacho gonna get outta all this?:lupe:

Lowkey becoming a huge fan of Eduardo and Gus definitely a sneaky rat who gets romatized by being in the BB universe

Eladio such a fool for thinking it was strictly business with somebody who’s lover you killed
He always knew Gus had a grudge. He didn't think Gus was capable enough seek vengeance the way he did. Gus played possum for 20 years:

Eladio talking to Gus at the pool:

"I had to spank you. But what choice did I have? Look, once every 20 years you forget your place. There's no place for emotion in this. You of all people should understand. Business is business."

Why would having papers matter? The guy who mediated the meeting doesn’t have papers.

Lalo has to be dead by the time "Breaking Bad" happens because Gus tells Hector "the Salamanca name dies with you" after he poisoned the cartel.

I think "Saul" would have convinced him to take the deal...if he was his actual client.

He would go into one his diatribes:

"Ok, here's the layout, kid. You have a chance of going free like I have a chance of getting blown by Jessica Simpson (or more likely some obscure female celebrity)."

I dolo, challenge any team or solo:ahh:

Saul bout to put in work :ohlawd:
I'm rethinking this now. It could be a parallel to Walter White in "Granite State".

He may make one last run as "Saul" again, for whatever reason....and possibly see Kim one last time (just like Walt did with his o family).

VG could be misdirecting us.

I feel like whatever happened to Lalo, Nacho was involved. Jimmy rats him out to Walt and Jesse when they kidnap him in BB, before he realizes they're not with the cartel.
