Bobby is a coli poster who reads about crimes and listens to the coli lawyers concerning his own case.Missed the ending cuz my friend called me and I stopped paying much attention after the guy was buying from the vending machine. Hopefully there's a replay tonight or a recap of the end so I can see. And also find out what's up with that Bobby character you guys were mentioning.
Can't go wrong with Breh and Breh Associates.Bobby is a coli poster who reads about crimes and listens to the coli lawyers concerning his own case.
And his dumb bird baby momma didn't make things any better
"Whatever Bobby says"
Once I heard Bobby say “but there’s a chance” then I knew what time it was. It’s a tough call if you think you may have a case though, and people aren't that great in general when it comes to taking risks.this!
there was a story from like 10 years ago where some young brehs killed a homeless dude. the prosecutor offered them a deal but their mothers told them to fight it.
they both ended up w/ life without parole.
The ‘trial penalty’ refers to the substantial difference between the sentence offered in a plea offer prior to trial versus the sentence a defendant receives after trial. This penalty is now so severe and pervasive that it has virtually eliminated the constitutional right to a trial. To avoid the penalty, accused persons must surrender many other fundamental rights which are essential to a fair justice system.
Yeah, but Bobby did that shyt though. It’s a tough call if you think you may have a case though, and people aren't that great in general when it comes to taking risks.

It’s also wild to think about the fact that people are basically penalized for going to trial when you consider how many innocent people confess to crimes to avoid longer sentences.
