No, Biden did his job of politicking with Clyburn to change the game, something a politician is supposed to do

All bullshyt aside and no internet fronting.

Do you honestly believe it was Jim fukking Clyburn who was responsible for the greatest 1 week turnaround in US political campaigning history and Jim Clyburn who had the juice to force two candidates to drop and endorse in coordination, and not Obama and the DNC?

I believe that the game was always if Joe could show he could win, moderates would fall in line. Joe asked for the endorsement and got it. He did what he needed to do to get his win and therefore clear his lane. And moderates did what was best for their agenda, united behind their biggest name.

Like somebody just said, Biden winning SC was a foregone conclusion, as was the endorsement. Clyburn wasn't the reason for his victory.

If he endorses and Joe wins SC and nothing else happens after that we're not even having this conversation right now. If you believe those two factors alone are what caused the dominoes to drop in his favor, I don't know what else to say.

It's like giving the credit for a game winning field goal to the long snapper instead of the kicker, the QB, and the offense for driving them down the field.

He needed to win big...Steyer was right on him in polling

but continue you conspiracy theories...moderates were always going to consolidate behind the strongest to take on Bernie.

i believe nevada determined how the endorsements rolled out: if pete or amy showed they could get nonwhites to vote for them in decent numbers, there would have been no clyburn endorsement, and possibly no endorsements until some time later. all biden had to do was not walk onstage with his pants down and let the other moderates show they were not real national politicians.

What conspiracy theory? :what:

You're the one suggesting moderates all operated on some hive mind on their own and conveniently decided that Joe Biden was the chosen one after literally winning the first presidential primary in his life.

I refuse to believe that you actually believe for one second that Joe Biden's resurgence is a result of him being a master strategist, which somehow included him being embarrassed throughout the caucuses and early states, and not because of politics independent of his own actions. Which I'm not even suggesting were sinister in nature. It's politics :manny:.

But you're not being candid here and you know it.

She’s not stupid, but she’s playing it like she is. Biden used all 3 lifelines and was rewarded for it. It is what it is.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
Imo, Bernie should also politely mention the Establishment politicians endorsing Biden when he rallies in their respective States.

"I respect Governor X or Senator Y, they done good things for the people of Z. But there is no reason to support a candidate that wants to Cut Medicare. There is no excuse to support someone that cost Z thousands of jobs. I cannot excuse X and Y supporting a candidate that does not want to guarantee every one Healthcare."

Or something like that. Make them think twice before falling in line behind the Establishment
