So rather than fire anyone and cut pay, Bernie is reducing hours and paying the same amount. Working less hours is a good thing. More people can get hired for the same job instead of overworking the ones you have.
Stuff like this from Fox and concern trolling liberals do this intentionally to make him look like a hypocrite + a warning that people earning minimum wage won't benefit from the policy.
The campaign offered paying the workers more but that was refused by union because passing the 36k threshold means workers will have to pay more of their own healthcare.
There's nothing here but it'll be question number one for him in the next debate.

do you know the difference between salaried and hourly employees. they are salaried employees that wanted to work fewer hours so instead of having to work 60 hrs for the annual salary that the union negotiated, they made it 40 hours with 15 hours to ensure that the agreed salary is met
