@Foxy Brown

Red dragon is sexy AF. I got so many compliments from it. It reminds me of the viva glam Rihanna has with Mac except that wasn't a matte

It looks so beautiful. I can only imagine. I never did pick up the Viva Glam Rihanna 1 because I thought it was too blue tone and cool since I have too much of a yellow undertone, but CR's lipstick is just too pretty. I might snag one of the red Milani metallics in Pretty Problematic too. I think metallic reds will be great for NYE parties.

I swear this thread is like the only thread, I participate in. The rest of the site, well TLR, is meh at best. But anyway, I have so much lip products on my wish list- the new sephora cream lip stains and the new mac liquid lipsticks, plus Nars velvet lip glide in Bound, and maybe three of their audacious lipsticks to add with my 18 others (I know, I know). But I'm not looking to spend more money. I think its time to sell all of my backups. With the amount of lipsticks I have, I will never be able to finish a lipstick, plus I have at least one dupe of every lipstick in my collection.

I'm not into blush and highlighter like I'm into lipstick because highlighters and blush you really can tell that much of difference like you can with lipstick. But, I would like to get the new Too Faced Peach Highlighter and Blush trio

I've been using Shea Moisture's African Black Soap since around October now...and i'll just finally cut my losses and say that it's just not working for me. I still have heavy hyperpigmentation and acne coming in.

Trying to toy around with other products now. A friend gave me a bar of kojic acid soap...gonna try that now and hopefully i see some improvement.

Soap alone isn't gonna fix that.

After watching a few videos on YouTube I realized that. I think I need some kind of toner or something

Toner balances the ph level after you cleanse (an inexpensive DIY is ACV and water).

You also need a moisturizer if you're not already using one.

What's your skin type?

Coconut oil doesn't work for me because it's too heavy for my oily skin.

Combination

You might want to try something lighter if you find that coconut oil is making you greasy.

It takes a few weeks before you start to see results, so be patient and try to stick to a routine.

I've been getting so many compliments on my skin when I wear makeup. I realized a key to a nice glowy face is to wash my face before makeup application. My make up doesn't not sit right if I don't wash it. Like if it 3pm, I can't just throw on foundation. I have to wash my face again and apply a thin layer of moisturizer before I begin. Also using acids has given me a beautiful texture that makes my makeup look even better. I go for a very fresh faced look. I'm not into the IG look with heavy contour. I wash my face with kojic acid soap, apply moisturizer, primer, then use a liquid foundation in medium coverage blending well, brows, 2-3 eye shadow colors plus highlighter, light application of concealed under eyes, and bronzey gold highlighter on cheeks, tip of nose, forehead and chin. Mascara and lip stick. I get soooo many compliments on how nice my skin is and how glowy I look.

What would you say is ur complexion?
What foundation do you use.
No Ill effects from the kojic soap?
I tried using it myself but I think it was burning my skin.
What's ur favorite acids?
