Pushed back to 11/9/2018 because Will is finishing up this netflix movie "Bright" and "Bad Boys for Life" is next after that. Movie Production is much quicker now a days than lets say 20 years ago. This gives them 21 months to get it done.

Keep telling the film room man. Holding out hope for this movie is going to be the death of you. Let's think about this:

If will really wanted to make this movie it would've happened. This is a guy who can get any movie he wants green lit right now. He got after earth green lit for Gods sake. With his son. Who had barely any acting experience and Shamylan as a director when he was still in movie jail. He prints money for the most part.

So you're telling me a guy with that much power and influence and his own production company could only get this movie made almost 20 years after freaking second one? And don't tell me Michael bay was the hold up because again they could always get another director (which they did) and I'm sure plenty of directors want to work with will. Stop falling for the pump fake man. The more they keep pushing it back the less chance it has of happening especially when Martin is on record saying he's getting older and not down to do as much physically so they need to get moving. But yeah will is going to do it for the culture tho

Bad news for Bad Boys fans. Deadline reports Sony Pictures Bad Boys For Life has been removed from Sony’s 2019 calendar entirely due to Will Smith’s involvement with the Dumbo remake at Disney.

As previously reported in the press, Bad Boys for Life jumped to November 9, 2018. It’s still happening, but we hear that Will Smith was juggling some projects around in his schedule, and the threequel was delayed due to Dumbo. It takes a while to do a big action film like Bad Boys, and production is still working toward a start date. In the meantime, Bad Boys 4 temporarily has been taken off the calendar from its 2019 Memorial Day weekend date

Bad Boys 3 is still happening and got moved to Nov 2018. Bad Boys 4 temporarily got moved off the calendar from 2019.
