Were those Paper Boi actual lines or did Wiley say shyt to make Paper Boi think he had heard those unreleased songs? I thought it was the latter.
Paperboi said those are lines from songs that have never been released and are only on his phone

10min in and I already know where this story is going. Dateline did a two part episode on those crazy ass chicks. I hope atleast the lead makes it out.Episode 1 gonna be a little heavy handed brehs....
I just re-watched to be sure…When Earn ask how Wiley would know all that, Paper Boi says he rapped about it in some unreleased songs which were on the phone, he didn’t say that Wiley used lines from any of those songs. So again, Paper Boi is assuming he got all that info from listening to those unreleased songs but it could’ve been from Wiley being a super fan.Paperboi said those are lines from songs that have never been released and are only on his phone
What dude managing one artist is sitting on Ms? Lol.Earn probably got millions in his bank account by now

That makes sense given this episode. Because if races were reversed and sock was black and the crew was white. How fast would he have been accused? They didn’t even suspect him once and he’s someone they don’t even knowIt is. Donald Glover has said his goal is to show white viewers what it's like to be black.
Doesn’t Wiley mention he had a girlfriend that broke his heart and her name was the same as the one paper boy said fukked his friend in HS. Was just a coincidence? I don’t think he heard those songs.I just re-watched to be sure…When Earn ask how Wiley would know all that, Paper Boi says he rapped about it in some unreleased songs which were on the phone, he didn’t say that Wiley used lines from any of those songs. I guess Socks didn’t need to know Wiley before they got to Budapest. They coulda got in cahoots after meeting that night. So I’m good with theory. Although I don’t know the chain of custody on this phone needed for Wiley to steal it, Socks to get it, then Socks needing to get it back to Wiley. Sounds more reasonable that Socks took the phone and was listening to unreleased music with this super fan (maybe he didn’t even mean to steal it, just forgot to put it back then Paper Boi declared it missing and he didn’t want to have to explain why he had it) and then when heat came down decided he’d plant it on Wiley to subvert blame.
Didn’t Wiley say he himself had a girlfriend named rose who broke his heart before he moved to Budapest?I think people are forgetting that Wiley said what was on the phone. There is no doubt he was connected with Socks somehow. The box top Chevy reference and the rose reference proves he heard what was on the phone
I listened to Zazie on the Marc maron podcast. I think she’s a good actress but holy shyt her real life personality is crazy boring.Van about to get a whole episode dedicated to why she's in Europe with the crew
It may or may not be the worst episode of the season
Best part of the episode.
Y'all REALLY overusing and not understanding the definition of the word "filler".... to those who need to know, filler does not mean no continuity. Filler simply means a throwaway to fill the void. NONE of these episodes are filler. ALL OF THEM had a point or theme to them. And you're not going to expect a series in a 4 year hiatus to just make TWO SEASONS where there would be filler. That's too much time to know exactly what to do and the direction they want to go.. You may not like the episode here or that and that's fine. But PLEASE stop this filler talk. Atlanta since the very start been like Rick & Morty in which BOTH ARE MOSTLY EPISODIC SHOWS with a LOOSELY SERIALIZED connection to most of the episodes. They do it so it can have the freedom to do what they want with each episode and just add a connection from something from the previous or several previous episodes.
They always done this since the very first episode of the series. And it's crazy how people tend to forget this and talk about "filler" due to Atlanta is more episodic than serialized.
