Apple will send out Keynote invites next week since they usually do that the last week of August.
They have the reveals on either Tuesday or Wednesday, so it will probably happen on the 5th/6th or 12th/13th.

The keynote will most likely be on the 12th or 13th. The IPhone X/8 whichever you want to call it will then go on sale the week after or 2 weeks after depending on how many Apple has available.

Man im not keeping these phones longer than a year now, just gonna sell it after a year. I kept my iphone 6 plus for 3 years and i feel i wouldve been better off just constantly updating.

Edit: @-DMP- that's the best thing to do. The resale value on iPhones is pretty good so you can always sell the current iPhone and then next year only have to add on another $200 or $300 and upgrade to next years iPhone.
That's what I was doing until the 6S and 7. Didn't think they were a worthy upgrade so I decided to wait till this year and it looks like it was worth it.

I dropped my 6 Plus and completely fukked up the screen a few days ago. 
I've had this for 3 years and dropped it a million times with no issue, so when I picked it up this time I was completely shocked.
Probably not even gonna bother getting it fixed with the new iPhone on the way. GOAT phone though. We've been through so much shyt together.
Btw those Insignia cases are godly status. These things are cheap but they've saved my phone so many times. Plus they're slim and look clean. Instant cop for the 7S.

just did the math and I'd prolly walk out of the door paying 1470 for a 512 iphone 8 if it was 1199, including apple care and 9 percent sales tax.
