I really hate the behavior change of it too... like they didn't have to change it completely for older devices.

I didn't care for it at first, but I'm used to it and I actually like it now (with 3D touch; without 3D touch and the wait feels tedious). But I can definitely see why people are frustrated with the change.

Disappointed that they killed 3D touch.

Just got the 8 and that was one of the features that I was most looking forward to coming from the 6.

shyt came shipped with iOS 12 though, so I still have 3D Touch

Not gonna update to iOS 13 unless I have to.

Copped the 11. everything I read says the 11 pro really isn’t that much difference and the telephoto camera is kind of a gimmick. won’t be able to use it til thurs tho

I upgraded from a 7 to an 11 and man this thing is night and day. Phone is so much faster and the new LTE band this phone is compatible got my reception blazing

Only been a few hours but I don't regret upgrading (it was a gift anyway )

Base 11. The main difference between the two is the pro versions have an additional telephoto camera (I don't take many photos so I don't care), and the screen is a bit sharper on the pro models (I could barely tell the difference in store). Other than those two, damn near everything from the processor to the software is the exact same across all models.

Yea man. My X screen looks like shyt now. Ain't no point of me even putting a screen protector on it now. And I keep that shyt in my pocket by itself.

Apple should just make 128GB base.
I have a 7 128GB and refuse to downgrade, I keep considering 64GB but I then think 256GB or nothing.

Even 128GB is too much for me, but it allows me to be comfortable and not micro manage storage.

64 might be cutting it too fine, I managed to drop below this but If I keep my phone for as long as I have my 7 then

I will be jumping aboard next month, hopefully find a cool black friday deal.
My iPhone 7 needs retiring.
