people think this is a minor ugprade to the galaxy nexus lol
Stop crying about LTE 
First, you have to pay the piper (eg, Qualcomm) for an LTE baseband chip, which involves lots of patents and licensing arrangements that probably make it fairly expensive. Second, you have to then make sure that LTE chip doesn't decimate the battery life, or in some other way make the user experience worse (connectivity issues, for example). Making sure that stuff works (on multiple networks) takes time. If you want a Sprint or Verizon version, you need a CDMA radio. Qualcomm does make "all-in-one" radio chips that work on pretty much every network out there, but as I said, these are probably significantly more expensive than the 3G-only models. You'd then need different software versions for each carrier's radio configuration, too. That means more work to support the hardware post-sale.
As for CDMA, then you have to deal with carriers that won't allow you to bring just any device onto their networks. Verizon has to certify and approve any phone on its network - 700MHz block C "open access" provisions be damned, because Verizon's CDMA network basically nullifies those requirements. Sprint is the same. That then means these carriers don't want you selling the hardware strings-free. They want to sell it with a contractual commitment. Then there's the cost of carrier certification, and going through the carrier software update approval regime. And that's if Verizon even wants a Nexus phone after its numerous PR boondoggles with the poor-selling Galaxy Nexus.

Google Inks Deal With Warner Music Group, Now Working With All Major Labels
This morning, a very important piece of info that was tucked in all of the other Android madness, is that Google has finally inked a deal with Warner Music Group to allow for distribution of their artist’s work through Google Play. Previously, when searching for many artists that are distributed through Warner (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young, Green Day) users would come up with nothing, but thankfully, those days are soon to be over. Since the signing, Google is now officially working with all of the world’s major labels and has a much superior offering for users than they did upon first unveiling of Google Music.
As for when exactly their library of music will become available to Android users, it is said that it will come slowly but surely and more artists will be added daily. So, if you can’t get enough of that sweet Californication, just hang in there, it’s coming.

Google releases Photo Sphere panorama mode promo video
One of the new features of Android 4.2 and the Nexus 4 is a camera mode called "Photo Sphere". This new camera mode, shown off in a quick promotional video from Google, is a mash-up of the traditional panorama mode offered starting in Android 4.0, and something like a "Gigapan" photo.
Basically, the Photo Sphere overlays a UI with a starting point for you to take your first photo. After it is taken, It'll give you another point of reference to take a photo that is overlapping onto the first. Over and over you take pictures that overlap one another until you have a large area covered. It takes some time to render, but you are then presented with a large scrollable panoramic image that will remind you of street view in Google Maps. It's quite an interesting idea, and we can't wait to get our hands on it.
