I am not watching Oppenheimer any time soon but glad Cillian Murphy won.
Breh is a star, Check out Red Eye, that movie was really great.

Happy Cord Jefferson won for American Fiction, hope this means he gets more projects.

Oppenheimer really is a great movie. I’d recommend it if you have an afternoon free with a few hours to kill so you can just immerse yourself in the storytelling. Nolan truly outdid himself because I wouldn’t have given an iota of a fukk about the topic even though i’m a history buff.


Its more of a thriller disguised as a biopic

maestro wasn't bad imo.. better than star is born.. i aint gon lie i enjoyed it more than oppenheimer. idk i just wasn't high on that movie at all.

Both the animated and live action short winners are bullshyt. It's apparent it's a popularity contest. Stuff like that really hurts the credibility of the award. There are clear deserving nominees miles ahead of both winners in these category.
