We had a fortunate schedule and we benefitted from Jordan Love playing injured all season. We can admit that now. Zdarius Smith is 33 and on a one year deal and not a difference maker and neither are the large amount of depth pieces in the draft unless we trade up for mason graham. What’s on the team as is isn’t good enough to go into Philly next January.

Given that Love isn't great when healthy I'm not sure what your point is there. We're frauds but GB, who lost to every good NFC team they played, are a threat? Come on. Once again we had a top 2 run defense until we lost too many bodies, and overall had a top 10 defense until the bottom fell out with those injuries. This is a really good team that faced a (literally) historic level of attrition on one side of the ball. That's not going to happen again.

And this draft is full of good players who can make a difference. Maybe you only watch Michigan games. Jihad Campbell auto improves this defense. Nick Emmanwori auto improves the defense. Drafting Donovan Ezeiruaku and pairing him with Hutch auto improves the defense. This is a deep draft. Given the roster strength and where we're drafting in each round I don't expect multiple starters but there are certainly guys within the first 4-5 rounds who can be impact players at some point. Including some mid round X receivers who look enticing as fukk.

The only concern I have about 2025 is what we do at DT while Alim heals up. Luckily it's a deep d-line draft.

Combine started and i didn’t even know. This what being a good team fills like :gladbron:

Dont know any prospects in this draft outside of top picks. Which is crazy. I love draft time usually
