It's such a weird comment from Belichick because most of the o-line was drafted before Patricia got hired. If anything Bob Quinn deserves some credit for having an eye for o-lineman, if nothing else. He drafted Taylor Decker and Graham Glasgow when Caldwell was the coach. Patricia came in and we drafted Frank Ragnow. And of course Penei was drafted by Brad Holmes. So 4/5 of the starting o-lineman were not drafted during Patricia's tenure. And let's not forget the terrible coaching that was going on with Patricia, including that weird guard rotation with Graham that ultimately led him to leave in free agency (before coming back under Campbell/Holmes).

You guys should check out Belichick's show btw. Pay special attention to the dynamic: Belichick will give a long, detailed statement about football and then Patricia will ramble through a quick summary of what Belichick just saw, stumbling over his words and sounding like an idiot. There's no way this guy interviews well for jobs. The only reason he got hired here is because his boy Quinn had his back. And the only reason he got hired last season by Philly is because Sirianni is a fukking idiot.

Some team is gonna hire Belichick as HC next season and he will bring Patricia along as his DC. It's gonna be hilarious lol.

I see why Houston was on the bubble. Best ability is availability

Sounds like he's a healthy scratch. Only reason he played last week was because Rakestraw injured his hamstring during warmups; if not Rakestraw would have been active and Houston wouldn't. I honestly think they're gonna try to trade him because it's clear the coaching staff doesn't value him at all. Just stupid and short sighted IMO. And I'd imagine Holmes has to feel some type of way about it.

Eh, coaches dont go outta their way to sit productive players and I don’t think a coaching staff full of former players would.

He might not be that good. He had a 5 or 6 game stretch and hasn’t done much since. kinda reminds me of dude from BYU. Can’t think of his name right now.
