This is what's covered under the bill. What is not covered under Medicare for all that is covered under private insurance now? What is missing from this section of the bill?

Text - S.1129 - 116th Congress (2019-2020): Medicare for All Act of 2019

SEC. 201. COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS.
42 U.S.C. 1396d(r))).

42 U.S.C. 1396d(a));

Again your missing the details.

All medically necessary services in 13 benefit categories, including home and community-based long-term services and supports (LTSS), dental, hearing, vision, comprehensive reproductive services (Hyde limits repealed), EPSDT, and transportation to health services for individuals with disabilities and low-income individuals.

Medically necessary is the key term. It is purposefully written to present it as something that covers everything but that’s not the case.

“Medically Necessary” Defined | Updated for 2019 | AgingInPlace.org

If the federal government determines that it’s necessary, then it’s covered.

There’s no standard to determine necessity. The government gets to pick and choose what services will have a greater impact for the whole not for the specific individual.

To the public it looks like everything is covered because they keep it high level with “categories”. The dirty details show if you get a disease that only effects .05 of the population that needs experimental tests or you need to visit specialists in certain states. That shyt isn’t getting paid for, because it isn’t “medically necessary” because 99.5% of people don’t need it.

That’s how they get around not paying for shyt while presenting to the public “they are”

After reading the links you provided nothing you said about percentages was mentioned. Based on this definition from your link necessary treatments would be covered if you have symptoms.

What Does “Medically Necessary” Mean?
According to the Medicare glossary, medically necessary refers to:

Health care services or supplies needed to diagnose or treat an illness, injury, condition, disease, or its symptoms and that meet accepted standards of medicine

it’s fukked up but trump will feast on him with this. they can’t focus purely on this cause clearly the other side doesn’t give a fukk
Dems want the smoke with trump, but they’re not trying to go too far in tearing one another down as it’s going to take a unified party to win. I get it...but I know, or hope, they won’t take this tone with trump, they been big mad at him since his campaign run, can’t get in the general and bytch up
