We'll see if he's good. I'm not really high on this WR class. Ridley and James Washington don't impress me, I think Christian Kirk can be a great slot receiver, im really high on DJ Chark but he slight frame scares me a lil
Lol at not liking Ridley or Washington but liking Chark. FOH homer. Chark is trash he didn't prove anything at LSU. Only thing he has going for him is his height but that doesn't even matter since he isn't strong at all and doesn't have a big frame to match his height. And Ridley's route running and all around WR skills are so much more advanced than Chark at this point its not even close.

:childplease:I said what everyone else already said and knows besides u apparently. Ridley>>>Chark and it's not really close.
Ridley doesn't impact a game the way you would want a top reciever to do:yeshrug: miss me with the quarterback excuse good reciever make bad QB look good. I think he's a great route runner and that will keep him on the field but he's nothing special.

I never said Chark will be a number 1 I said he'll be a good reciever. He has blazing speed, and his frame is not that bad he just looks skinny. 6'4 200lbs is good NFL size. He just needs to work on locating the ball better.

And who cares what everyone says, everyone said Cyrus Jones would be better than Jalen Mills how that one turn out?

Didn't impact a game, what? No that would be Chark at LSU.. Ridley was our best receiver as a true freshman, had over 1000 yards and helped us win a national title. Without him we have nothing at WR that year.

Lol talk about insecure, Chark is more like 6'3'' 185. And he has good speed but nothing special. Ridley is faster and the wr/route running skills aren't close. Ridley makes special catches look easy his ceiling is Antonio Brown type imo. Chark is just another guy, his athleticism and size got him by in college(not really he still didnt do much) but it won't in the NFL.

Honestly breh I really don’t put any stock into the combine or pro days

Its all about the tape for me

I’ve been fooled too many times by workout warriors
combine numbers are pretty useless unless theyre way out of the bracket. ie, someone who posts eye-popping or really bad numbers

especially the 40 yard dash is so meaningless unless, again, were talking about extremes. 3 cone and 20 yard shuttle applies way more to playing football play by play than straight line speed with no pads or contact

Ridley not faster than Chark :russ:

Here's the main thing I look at with these recievers, how do they do against great corners. NFL caliber corners. When I see Ridley I don't see someone defenses have to zone in on, put ur best corner on him and make Ridley beat em.

Against a Baker in national championship shut down, against Carlton Davis shut down, in the LSU game he made some catches on Tolliver but when he went up against Greedy nothing. Last year against Tre White, shut down and we know how good White is. These corners in the pros are really good I think you underestimating how good they are.

James Washington is overrated too. He was good when he was playing an air raid style at OKST but when you pin him against quality competition in the senior bowl he struggled

So wrong. Obviously u didn't watch. Ridley was never shut down unless he was doubled. Hurts just couldn't get him or anyone the ball. And if Ridley was shut down wtf was Chark his whole career? Sleeping?

The Dion Jordan comparisons are scary close but I don't think Jordan was a bust because he couldn't play I think Dolphins couldn't use him right and he kept getting suspended. He went to Seattle and had 4 sacks in 5 games before getting injured. I think Seattle will be the team that takes Key too. Dave Aranda and O has been spending the offseason with Pete Carrol a lot and I think Seattle will take a LsU player or two this year. Key speed off the edge is unreal he's truly a top 5 talent in the draft, he's goin to have to answer questions in the combine but if he does well with that I see him goin top 20. Seattle at 18 most likely.

Here's how I rank LSU players right now

1. Arden Key
2. Derrius Guice
3.DJ Chark
4. Donte Jackson
5 Will Clapp
6 Kevin Tolliver
7 Darrel Williams
8. Toby weatherby
9. Greg Gilmore
10. Christian Lacatoure
11. Frank Herron

I'm prolly higher on Darrel Williams than others but I think people need to watch tape dude can play in the NFL he doesn't wow you with speed but he's faster than you think and he does everything well
