I think Minny just wants to dump salary to go after a free agent (either Lowry or Milisap). Utah has a trade exemption that expires at midnight and can absorb Rubio's salary straight in I believe. May take just a non guaranteed contract or a second rounder or something so that they're sending something back.

I agree with everything but I think, Lowry goes to Minny
Interesting on the S&T for Millsap, don't think I've seen someone mention that and it would be great for them. Who would Houston trade tho
