Vlade has done a solid job when it comes to drafting and signing free agents. He's just not good at making trades. There have been some additions to the front office that seem to be working. I really believe things are going to turn around in Sacramento. Someone there has to tell Vivek to stay outta personnel decisions.The SF free agent market is prettythis year, if I were the Kings I'd look at Ingles & Tucker, especially Ingles since he could be a starter now and a very good bench player in the future since he's only 29.
But, this is the Kings and you always have to be prepared for the chance they may offer Gallinari a max deal.
I'd love to see the Kings go after Otto Porter but I don't see him leaving Washington. I think they'll match whatever he gets.
Vlade is getting better, but there's always the Vivek issue when it comes to personnel moves, it has seemingly worked but that trade for Hield was all because of a man-crush.
I think it would have to be a S&T to get Porter, I think the Wiz want him back but maybe not on a max deal which is what he stands to make. I could see them maybe doing a S&T so they can get guys on rookie deals & keep their hopes of Wall + Boogie alive.

Apparently Woj said a deal had been agreed upon after the 3rd pick, but tweeted talks had stalled after the 15th pick.
They've stalled only because the Celtics need to utilize their cap space first.

Would any of y'all be able to give a scouting report on Bogdan Bogdanovic? It's possible he's coming over to the NBA finally. Can he play SF? Or is he strictly a SG?

This is essentially hoarding, you want the most valuable thing in a trade without giving up anything of value to get it even though by getting that asset you're devaluing what you don't want to trade. There's no way to develop Tatum and Brown properly if Hayward and George are in their way for 3+ years. Matter of fact PG & Hayward are 26 and 27, they are both young enough that having two lottery picks playing behind them is just stupid.
Either one of two things happens in that scenario, they suck or they play extremely well and get max offers when their contracts are up and yet the two guys in front of them will only be 30-31.

Ainge: So Josh, we really like you, you fit in with what we're trying to do. The plan is to bring you in, then trade for Paul George and sign Gordon Hayward, so you'd be playing behind those 2 all stars in their prime, Marcus Smart, who we took at #6 2 years ago and the #3 pick we drafted last year Jaylen Brown. You may get some time as a small ball 4, but that depends on our lineup, you'd be behind a Kelly Olynyk, maybe Horford if we play him at the 4 in some lineups.
