when is the last time you all drafted anyone good? :laff:

last year dummy. we got a 1st team all-rookie nikka (Jordan Clarkson) in the 2nd round. 16/5/5 as a starter in the last 32 games of the season. last lottery pick we had before Randle was Bynum (an all-star). we also drafted Marc Gasol in the 2nd round in 2008.

lakers front office sucks at many things. drafting ain't one of em. they usually get the best player available.

Dirk is taller when they're both squared up.

Tim with a legit 7 footer

He's 6'10 without shoes, what is with yall trying to make some players taller, and others shorter :camby:

Yeah, the point guard, who averaged almost 8 assists. D'Angelo gonna end up averaging 8 assists breh?

lol, did you just watch this shyt? he has better post moves then most the league already, he just has to adjust to the NBA game.
Yes Russell will avg 8 assists a game eventually. That guy is just that good. Best passer in the draft. Best court vision on a draft prospect in years.

I remember back in 2011 seeing The Admiral just strolling down the street in DC. Seeing a 7 footer in person in that close proximity just threw me off :dead:

chris paul averaged 6 apg in college. college =/= the nba.
How many players do you know who didn't play PG in college ended up playing PG in the NBA though?
You're trolling and not even good at it.

Russell playing a role he's forced to? :mjlol:

I'm sure he's devastated playing the 1.
He was a better passer than the next best guy on the roster. I guess because Curry was a monstrous scoring threat at Davidson, he must've been a SG in college :leostare:

what are you talking about...

I quoted Jerry West. One of the greatest talent evaluators ever. So if I'm not gonna listen to Jerry West, Magic Johnson, Jay Bilas and Rick Pitino, I should listen to some 9-5 coli poster right?
Breh that nikka has the WOAT opinions on players. He knows fukk all about the game.

It's just obvious these nikkas want Russell to fail only because he plays for the Lakers. Hell if we woulda drafted Okafor they'd be calling him a fat no defense playing slob but now that he on the Sixers all of a sudden he Olajuwon Jr. :deadsuge:

Plenty of guys play multiple roles in college when they excel above their peers and are versatile players. Forcing a guy into a position that he's "supposed to play" instead of what's natural will get you a Lavine or Oladipo situation. Just a year of wasted development.
Ok breh answer me this? What is it about D'Angelo Russell's game that makes you say that he is not a point guard?

Same thing about Roy and Harden. He runs the offense better from the SG position than the point. You can have a high usage rate and have the offense revolve around you in a way at the SG position that mimics the action that a point guard creates but it typically puts the ball into action at different spots in the half court as opposed to your general point guard sets. Why? Because off-ball action early in the set to put them in their most effective spots with regularity are just more effective than them simply walking the ball up the floor and working from scratch. (dumbed down version)

Both of those guys ran the entire offense from the SG spot. Best quick example that a lot of people can draw from.
