Watched this a couple days ago.
I'd put it in the middle of the Craig series of Bond movies, quality-wise. Better than "Quantum" and "Spectre", but not as good as "Casino" or "Skyfall".
It wasn't like it was terrible or anything but it was basically flawless (for what you'd expect from a Bond movie) for the first 30 minutes then the rest of the movie never lived up to that.
Rami Malek was wasted here. Can't say it's his fault as the villain was generic as fukk. They should've at least had him rock that broken mask for the rest of the movie. Give him
something iconic that stands out. His first scene was dope as fukk.
The villain's plot was a bit too comic-booky, sci-fi for me. I know they had to re-work parts of it due to covid but they damn near took it into X-Files territory.
Black chick was cool, Spanish chick was cool....Bond's love interest was just kinda there. She wasn't bad but like Malek, there's not much to the role. The new double agent guy was corny, so was the scientist guy. Seemed like they were going for comic relief.
As far as the ending....for what they were trying to do, I thought it was cool.
