overall my core is definitely stronger than it was 2 months ago. between the compounds and added ab work i can feel the difference. but they're still not really that 100% visible. the top 4 are clearly defined but the bottom 4 still have a layer of fat on top that i can't get rid of. i've got shytty genetics for it and i can't control my eating and drinking on the weekends. i've basically given up on the summer. maybe next .
