Folks here are misunderstanding my post and think I'm attacking Rihanna. Hollywood is very racist about how they cast black people. Lone black guy in a horror movie is the first to die. Lone black person has to be a drug dealer, pimp, thug, ho, prostitute, stripper, gay, retarded, etc. The fact that I have to explain something that's so obvious and self-evident indicates that some of you are either white or very young. It's great that Rihanna plays the hacker/programmer and doesn't appear to perpetuate stereotypes but my assumption before seeing the trailer wasn't too far-fetched.

It was far fetched based on the type of movie it is homie. If you’ve seen an oceans movie you’d know that’s not the type of characters it traffics in. Bernie Mac and don cheadle played two great characters in the first three flicks. Both with their own expertise but also being “proper” criminals. This is a classy series. So while I understand where you’re coming from the comment feels ignorant based on the context for which you were applying it
