Whether cops know they are being filmed or not, they are still walkin away free of punishment

As per my original post we have to look at the law which allows people to kill people if they are 'serving their country' or 'in the line of duty'

Hence why I said a BILL should be produced as a result of all this...

The same way we introduced specific laws and bills to combat gay hate crimes we need a new bill as a response to this as the LAW which allows them to WALK is flawed.
