1. he didn't get any immigration bill passed because that's congress' job, he just signs the bill into law. no immigration bill was passed in congress.

2. because there was no bill passed he tried an executive action that was subsequently blocked by a federal judge pending a court hearing.

3. it's in limbo.

You know the way we catch murderers because most stores have cameras ? we need it to be a thing where most people have body cameras so cops KNOW they are constantly being watched.
