The students made statements or the groups? Were they signatories or just happened to be members?

If the students don't have a direct statement or signature this is bullshyt. Not even proximal cause. If they are trying to freeze out by affiliation they need to get called out for real.
I read elsewhere that they signed on to some statement.

People in here talking bout she standing on her principles. What principles? Calling out injustices that has nothing to do with you or your people, or your country.

Being compelled to speak on something without regard to the complexities of both sides, drawing lines where your pen has no might, on a page owned by those you're blaming, is sheer stupidity.

An education of that magnitude, one would think, takes a good amount of critical thinking.

I'm not saying that I don't understand or sympathize with Palestinians plight, but I don't f**k with Hamas.

If you gon say something, condemn the reckless terror attack by Hamas, the inhumane response by Israel, promote peace in the region, safety for civilians, and a solution that is mutually beneficial for both parties.

If you really that concerned, play the long game. Get your status up at one of THEIR law firms, open your own international practice and provide legal assistance to the Palestinian people. Too many common sense ways to go about this.

But people attack black politicians or successful black corporate types for not sounding like reckless activists.

I used to always say the difference between white activistism and black activistism is that black ones actually get involved with issues that directly affect them and their community. whereas as white seem to choose issues recreationally almost like choosing a major in college. just randomly insert themselves into issues.
This current situation proved me wrong.

A few hive minded likes on social media and these dumbasses think they’re immune to real world consequences :mjlol:

elaborate :jbhmm:

Fact is, a lot of black activists were chasing intersectionality to boost their/our own issues while forgetting that all that caping will backfire when those with the REAL power quickly take everything from you.

Theres no protesting or complaints or articles. It's silent and quick. You really have to respect and admire it. They move differently and you really have to be in awe of how efficient it is.

It puts things in perspective and makes me look at a lot of the performative bullshyt we've seen in the last decade with a side eye. They got more shyt done in 1 week than BLM did in 10 years. Just think about that. Everyone fell in line, jobs were lost and the secret blacklist was put into effect.

My comment was meant for an actual black person to respond to. Not sure it would be relevant to you. No offense

Its less of a black/white thing and more of an entitled American thing.

People of any race in struggling countries aint got time to be picking and choosing issues to care about like IG thots and suburban kids.
