Edit: And he may be good with inmates, but inmates don't run the prison. They don't have the access to locked away/secure areas. He should be real worried about the staff and officers fukkin' with him when he gets there.

you dont need militarized police to deal with this type of shyt. Police had enough equipment and etc to deal with almost anything under the sun. This shouldn't be an excuse for police to have anti aircraft weapons (nypd) and APCs
