Might have been a one on one fight but once he was sparked out on the ground he should have walked away, The fact he didn't and behaved like a wild animal is why he is fukked for the rest of his life,why try and get at the wife who was shut in the car? . And while the cops probably won't touch him because of all the media attention surrounding the case I suspect cooler heads will prevail as they want to secure the maximum sentence ,don't want some scumbag lawyer whining about ass rapes or beatings during the trial , the fickle media will soon lose interest though and I'd imagine the prison system is very large, very easy to lose someone in it,experienced employees will know the blindspots of the cameras . He cop friends will want their pound of flesh. Just remember who the biggest gang is.
And I think it pretty disgusting that people just stand around and film a man get his head caved in. Laughing and joking, I can understand why someone wouldn't want to intervene, all very well saying you'd act like superman over the internet, seeing violence in person is very different. It happens and finishes quicker than you think and you don't have time to think your reaction through. Filming it though, thinking it's funny, it's not funny, two men have had their lives changed for good. In what minutes, and if different decisions had been taken both could have walked away from it.
