Only reason i didnt was because im on a tight budget right now and comic con snuck up on me. I 100% will be buying one next time.

Artist alley was definitely the best thing for me this year. Next year I'll make it a priority. Also, I picked up a tip from a breh I was talking to down there. If you get a sketch book have them do your commissions in it, this was you can have different pieces of art from different artists in one book. Worth thinking about it.

I actually went last year, but as a regular attendee.

It was still a good number of people but there was room to move around without constantly bumping past people.

Just some dumb shyt I did 20 years ago when I thought I was invincible. Now my body is reminding that no I’m not lol. From 2020 until last June, I could barely walk to the corner of my block. Now I can do 5 miles without going to a 10 on the pain scale, and I’ve been to enough cons to know how much standing is involved. So I’m passing. Plus I remember what it was like before geek culture was in, and the joint wasn’t so packed. So my time was winding down anyway. If anything I’ll do the smaller cons, and maybe Dragon Con, because it gets packed but you don’t feel it as much.

Damn this creeped up on me. Only tickets available are for thursday and the resales look crazy but my kids want to go. Whats a tip for copping tickets on seat geek and sorts? Should i wait til the afternoon then cop from people not trying to lose them tickets for nothing?

Not sure how NYCC is, but out here Sunday tickets are always the lowest.
