NYC mayor finally admits illegal migrants are destroying the city. Says it’s uncontrollable and they will destroy the Boros also.

Uptown and the Bronx
Because they primarily go to cities with Black populations and are used to displace us. Interesting how they're never shipped to Montana or Idaho
You think NYC brought in illegal immigrants to lower the black population? The cost of living is doing a bang up job of that

:snoop:

Time and time again people fall for politicians pointing to the bottom feeders as the problem and who are draining resources. The reality is that crony capitalism is the massive drain. As soon as people start to complain about their economic situation the politicians start pointing fingers at the ones who below to shift the eyes away from them. They have been doing it to us since slavery was abolished
Politicians are just mouthpieces who the elite for truly run this country.

The Mayor has outright refused help from NYS to mitigate this problem.

He's actively doing everything possible to NOT solve this.

A lawyer for New York Governor Kathy Hochul is criticizing New York City Mayor Eric Adams and his administration for their handling of the migrant crisis. In a letter first made public in the New York Times -- the legal counsel says the Adams administration is ignoring state offers for more than a dozen sites that could be used to house asylum seekers.

Aight this is ridiculous. There home countries need to be stabilized so they stop coming here. That’s the real problem
Crazy thing is that America has a role in why so many countries are unstable. We allowed dictators and tyrants to take power, and killed or blocked trade if non-capitalists were elected by the people

The expenses and application of needed resources doesn’t stop after you house asylum seekers. Finding places to house them is the least of their problems.

A Knowledge/ Service only economy is never a good one in the long term. You don't see Germany or Japan or Italy outsourcing their car companies.
I mean we are seeing the long term effects right now. High costs of living in knowledge cities, lack of housing, rise in homeless, long commutes, a decline in cities that cant keep up or attract talent. Also manufacturing jobs absorbed a lot of folks who were undereducated, and now those people dont have a means to participate in the economy fully.

Thats why I hope the CHIPS Act could help change a lot of that stuff

Im going to make a thread about "super commuters" and how that is VERY detrimental to your physical and mental health.

30 years ago, people weren't traveling 90+ minutes ONE WAY to work for only one source of income every day.
