Tay Conti signed in 16 did the Mae Young Classic in 17 and didn't show up in NXT till almost the end of the year
Bianca got sign in 2016 did the Young Classic and didn't get on tv till 18
Kacy got sign in 17 did the Mae Young Classic & the women rumble before showing up on NXT TV in 19

So they didn't take that long starting from scratch all depends on the talent

Tay Conti is just now having watchable matches. in NXT she was barely wrestling. She was part of the "Florida crew" on the road. it took her four years to get shine and that is a chick with a Judo background..

i can almost guarantee 99% of these people we will not see in any real capacity for years.

The problem is they really need an A ball type of developmental system. they should of kept Gabe running and used Evolve as a feeder league to get these projects some ring and character development time.

Doing practice matches in the PC for years seems counter productive if you cant balance it with real experience.
