i shouldn't have had that sausage this morning. I'm maxed out on sodium now and only at 1980 calories. I might have to drop my last planned mean and just eat some fruit but that's gonna lower my calories even more.

It sucks.

Today has been a mess. I didn't go over on calories really, I just ate a bunch of garbage.

I'm really starting to agree with @winb83 on completely cleaning up my diet. Feels a lot better, I can actually feel the progress.

3000 kcal again, didn't eat a big breakfast and I had to push myself to make it up later on in the day.:whew:

3200 kcal today. My stomach is starting to adjust to the higher calorie intake. Body is recovering well from the workouts too.

I'm on a low carb diet...high protein and fats. I'm carb cycling.

It's going better than I thought...it's really not too hard.

I keep track of my Macros and only eat complex carbs every 3-4 days, basically.
For sure unblock me on insta

Just made these low carb muffins

Used 3 scoops of chocolate protein powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
I added very little almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
A little cocoa powder and coconut and sweetener

Mixed all the ingredients together and baked on 350 for 20 mins...snacks for days.

They're pretty good.
