I fukking stayed up until 3 AM this morning and woke up at 8 AM to my phone alert. I was planning on watching the Lakers game during the warning. I'd rather die in the explosion than suffer with years of cancer from the fallout.

I can't even hate on the guy in that video. Like... I want to laugh or something but he was really out there trying to keep his kids alive.

I remember reading that they massage the hell out of the success stats. Testing the missile defense systems under very VERY favorable conditions. So the success rate wouldn't be anywhere near as high, when shyt actually does go down.

True about the massaging stats. Testing is in artificial environments with civilian employees. My point was 85% is really bad tho.
