My final say on this: I wouldn't be surprised if there's a rape charge filed and those boys get arrested. But I'd be very surprised if they're convicted of rape.

As for her intoxication, she likely was intoxicated (but we don't know for sure). And so were the dudes in the video. Plus, the boys can use the defense of plausible deniability. Moreover, they didn't intoxicate her nor encourage her to be intoxicated. The law of rape and intoxication is murky as hell but case law demonstrates that the main question for rape by intoxication is WHETHER THE VICTIM'S INTOXICATION IMPAIRED HER ABILITY TO CONSENT. Here, the girl clearly consented. So the analysis becomes whether her supposed intoxication impaired her from giving proper consent. This is where the law gets murky and the courts examine this on a case by case basis by examining the details and the totality of the circumstances. Based on everything I explained above, her consent will be found to be valid.
The boys will likely find themselves before court BUT will likely not be convicted.
