I never said they were equally intoxicated. I said all parties were intoxicated. And dudes in the video were drinking and at least one person was using marijuana.

1. I was speaking strictly from a legal standpoint; all talk about how things work in the "real world" is irrelevant in terms of the legal consequences for those boys.

2. Laws are unfairly administered against black men. No argument from me. But, if anything, I'm arguing against black men being convicted for rape while you're clutching for "real world" straws as to why they're guilty (or should be guilty) for rape. It's kind of ironic that you bring up this point.

3. Stop misinterpreting the law. Look up the correct black letter law for what constitutes rapein instances when the alleged victim is intoxicated. Don't rely on feminists and beta males who are caught up in emotions. As far as the black letter law is concerned, the boys are not guilty of rape beyond a reasonable doubt. And the reasons why are all in that video.
