Pretty much. Seems like a lot of yall are drinking the Ye kool aid and thinking his temper tantrums make him important. I'm not a hater but Ye doesn't even make ripples for companies like that. He tried to sell that bullshyt to Nike about him being on the same level as athletes b/c all his concerts sell out so he deserved the same deal as they do....they threw his ass in the bushes which resulted in another temper tantrum and delusions of him comparing himself to Steve Jobs and Walt Disney. Ye is not a designer either (anyone remember Pastelle). The whole Yeezy line with Nike was just a frankenstein of older model shoes (Air Tech Challenge 2 soles, Foamposite sock liner, and few other models) just like Matt said. True the younger generation follows what he does but thats what they suppose to do and they dont know any better. He actually said he was responsible for bringing retro Js back b/c he wore the Infrared 6s at SXSW in 2012...
His new design of clothes look like some shyt people would wear in the zombie apocalypse or a sanitarium. He even threw another temper tantrum at writers at NYFW b/c they weren't impressed by his line. He always whining when he dont get his way or the recognition he thinks he deserves. Hell Jessica Simpson makes more waves in the fashion than Kanye. Maybe if he humbled himself stayed focus on putting out some quality shyt he could achieve those goals but that nikka always think whatever he does deserves to be heralded as the greatest thing anyone has ever done in the history of everything...man sit yo corny ass down.
